Twelve Angry Jurors
If you like doing improv comedy or just like to watch, check out the next Improv-Comedy Jam Session Monday, December 11 at the Charlestown Arts & Enrichment Center. It is free, folks, for performers and audience! (Donations gratefully accepted.) Chris Meier is your organizer and host. Doors open at 7. Improv usually runs 7:30 to 9:30.
We are trying to offer our Improv Jam on a bi-monthly schedule. So if you can't make it to the December session, be on the lookout for one in February.

2023 FALL PLAY AUDITIONS
We are thrilled to announce that the fall play for Rose Island Playhouse will be Twelve Angry Jurors. This wonderful play can make you laugh, make you cry, make you angry, and make you think. Performances will be March 1,2, 3 and 8, 9, 10. Directed by Rhoda Meier.
And we need dedicated actors to make it happen. So come to auditions on December 2, any time between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm at the Charlestown Township Public Library. If that date just won't work for you, call Rhoda Meier at 502-432-3279 and we will try to set up an alternate audition time.
We are looking for twelve jurors and one bailiff. We need a mix of men and women, as well as a mix of ages. No need to prepare a monologue; we will be reading from the script. Rehearsals will begin January 15 and will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays until Tech Week.
We are also looking for a creative, handy carpenter or set builder to do a very minimal and portable set. If that describes you, please come by during auditions or give Rhoda a call.
